Dinosaur Park! Wow! It is so cool to wander up the trail and see Rapid City from 1,000 new viewpoints. The new path and walkway have remade the facility, framing the dinosaurs with respect and care. And Rapid City is loving it. We are seeing recognition for the work the contractors have done and the revitalization of the park as a tourist destination.

Then, our friends at SYNLawn Mountain West won an award for Best Historic Project at their annual SYNLawn Conference. This is very cool as it recognizes Joe and his team for their efforts to go above and beyond to make this project great. They had to deal with face-melting hot temperatures, landscape architects being super picky about the color mix, tourist traffic during construction, and 100 other challenges. Ultimately they came through in a major way!

The remodeled park has been a backdrop for some really cool photography featuring comets, Miss South Dakota, countless visitor photos, and more. We’ve heard some heartwarming discussions about it on the radio, tv, and in public. Nothing feels better than having someone tell you about what a great visit they had to Dinosaur Park and not knowing you were involved!
